  John and the entire Mortgage and Credit Pro team helped me secure a mortgage to purchase my new home, and they were wonderful to work with. Their expertise and experience made a seemingly complex process very easy. Whenever I had questions, they were available to help, and they communicated with me regularly throughout the process.   John and his team was an excellent lenders. I had some difficult lending since I purchased a manufactured home. John and his team gave me the education I needed to purchase a home within my budget. Any questions I needed answered, which was a lot, he was quick to answer. I had some last-minute hiccups which were solved quickly with reassurance. The purchase of a home and the lending that goes with it is a stressful process, without John and hit team I would never be a proud new home owner!! Any time I need a loan going forward I will use this amazing team.

  Mortgage and Credit Pro saved me more than $50,000 over the life of my loan. I was quoted 3.375 for a VA loan from a lender I had previously used. John quoted me 2.65. I sent this quote to the original lender and they came back with 2.875. I decided to go with John and he locked me in even lower than quoted - 2.5%. Both he and Randy were very involved and expedited the closing process to meet the deadline. Their costumer service is fantastic and they are completely honest. I look forward to working with them again, and highly recommend Mortgage and Credit Pro as a whole.

  John and his associates are exceptional to work with. John was always available by phone or text if we had any questions, Jessica and Randy communicated with us through the entire process. Any time a document was needed they called first before sending the email request. Working with people one on one these days is rare - their personal investment of time and care was key to receiving our loan in time for a 3 week escrow. They personally monitored the funding of escrow up until the last minute. They truly are the Mortgage Pro's. We will refer all friends and family, and use them in the future for any mortgage needs.   No doubt! 10 stars if it was an option...2 banks and 1 other broker said they were sorry but they could not compete with Mortgage and Credit Pro's lending estimate. I called John and his team on a whim, his estimate almost spot on :-) and the final closing documents were even better after the numbers were adjusted, closed in 3 weeks (part of that was our fault). The constant texts, emails and his team always, always being available were just a few of the reasons I was excited to write this review. A big name national lender couldn't believe the numbers and interest rate on a VA loan. A big thank you to Jessica and Randy for being the backbone of your company. I can assure you that you WILL be getting some referrals from us in the coming years and the first words out of my mouth will be "you should really, really try Mortgage and Credit Pro".   Very easy to speak too...friendly yet agressive getting the service you want and need. They are well organized and help you understand the whole process. Ive been using this team at mortgage and credit pro now several times and i cant think of using anyone else! John is absolutely a master at his work

  John and his team were amazing. This whole process was foreign to us and they made it so easy and explained anything we didn’t understand. Everything was done online and was super convenient. There was some unexpected paperwork that was needed and I wasn’t sure how to find it. They took it upon themselves to locate the paperwork for us. We will definitely use them again!

  Mortgage and Credit Pro made the entire refinance experience quick and painless. The entire process was easy to understand and mostly online We closed quickly and efficiently. When the rates drop again, I'll be using them again. John Werner is my guy!

  John Werner and his team gave exceptional service. They are very strategic, knowledgeable and professional and go above and beyond to get the job done! We will always come back to him for any other mortgage or refinancing. This experience was the fastest, easiest and painless mortgage process from start to finish that I have experienced. From the beginning I personally told John I didn’t want my wife to be bothered as much do to her being in school and working and we wanted a fast close. So not only did he just contact her to sign final documents just before closing day, but he had us closed in just under 30 days and literally the estimate he gave us at the very beginning matched exactly what the closing document numbers were!!! Stress free and enjoying our new home :).
