      dealt with Karen Rizzo, she knew or should have known I could not qualify for a refinance/mortgage, yet she took a fee and will not even give me a partial refund. I'm over 60 years old and had a failing business with no qualifying income. be careful of her promises, I was desperate, going broke

      I am sorry that this happened to you but Karen Rizzo left Mortgage Advantage in January of 2018 and it appears when you look her up in NMLS that she is currently not representing any company. If you want to call here I would be happy to see if there is anything that we could do for you but any dealings that you had with Karen Rizzo were not as a representative of Mortgage Advantage. I would appreciate it if you would remove this post.
