  I wont to say I was scared trying to refiance my house. I have always had my husband by my side when I done something like this. But he past away. And I wont to tell you as soon as I started working with Preston John Wood I started relaxing. He is the best . A lot of people would not have cared they just wont you to sign papers and go away. But not Preston Wood called me ever day to make sure I knew what was going on and explain thangs to me that I didnt understand. Because of him I will let all my friend about Reliance First Capital. I would like to thank him for all his help and for being patience with me.

  Received a call from Andrea on a Friday late afternoon. Could not give me any rate details until she had my social and a bunch of other financial details. She was supposed to call me back by Saturday noon but never heard from her again. It gets better..... received a letter from her, Reliance suggesting that I did not want to proceed with the loan application. ARE YOU KIDDING! No information, no return calls. Letter included a credit report. Does not look like it is mine. Stay away. I can't get my time spent back but you can save yours.

  Pay attention to the 1 star reviews. I told them up front I was talking to another company for a refi. "No problem! We just want to show you what we have." Wouldn't give me rates without sending paperwork - where their website says you do NOT have to give paperwork until disclosures are signed. Went thru presentation. Thomas pushed an interest rate about .5% higher than advertised rates, and pushed for immediate agreement on the loan. "Excited, great opportunity, great credit, plenty of equity, we can push this thru in 2 weeks. Just give us the ok and we'll get started"" I said I wanted to wait to hear what the other company had to offer - the next day, not a long wait. "But what can they offer that we aren't? We have people lined up waiting for this kind of program! Why would you consider the other company" Um, because I want to see what they have to offer before I decide? "In that case, we have to decline your loan" Yes, they declined my loan because I didn't immediately agree to their proffered terms, without hearing other offers. Makes you wonder why they were in such a rush, doesn't it?

  I can’t say enough good things about Chrisanna Harris and Reliance First Capital. I was very nervous heading into my refinance. I know it would make such a difference for my family, but it seemed like such an enormous undertaking. Chrisanna walked me through the process providing understandable information and clear directions. She is quick to respond to my phone calls and emails. I know she must be working with so many different clients, but I feel like her priority. If you are thinking about refinancing don’t hesitate – call Chrisanna!

  I was looking for information regarding refinance options for my house. I was connected with Pooja. She helped outline all of my options and took the time to ensure I understood all components of the loan options, associated fees, timelines along with the pros and cons with each. She was professional, patient, thorough, and very detail oriented. At no time did I feel pressure to do something I didn’t want to do and she asked relevant questions to help guide me to the right loan options for me. I am confident that if you work directly with her as your loan officer, she will not disappoint !

  Can't say enough good things about AJ. Idk if every loan officer is as good as him, but I had a very pleasant experience with first capital. I am also a complete A-Hole, and this might be the first good review I've ever written. So you got that going for you, which is nice!

  Both the loan officer , Stephen Sasso, and support staff were professional, courteous and knowledgeable. We were guided through the process and all our questions and concerns were addressed in a timely manner. Reliance helped us find the right product for our circumstances and everything was well organized which helped the process go as smoothly as possible.

  I got a call from Steven Sasso from Reliance First Capital and I’m really glad I gave him a chance. I found Steve to be kind and very knowledgeable. He explained the entire process to me and put my mind at ease. He was able to answer all of my questions and made a daunting process much simpler than I thought it would be, not to mention he saved me a lot of money. What a great guy!!
