  Buying a good home in this market (especially without full-cash offers) is insane and makes you want to pull your hair out, to say the least. Jennifer and Joe were both so patient throughout the entire home-buying process, and eager to make things work for us when life kept throwing curveballs our way.   Best refinancing experience. Loan officers we worked with were pretty knowledgeable and shared every details throughout the process. We were also offered the lowest interest rate at low closing cost. Will definitely visit them again for our next home purchase. Highly recommended.

  I was helped by Scott Chen and it was as easy and smooth as a refi I have ever done. It was such a good experience and they gave me such a good rate I have used mortgage 4 U twice to refi.   I believe it was the easiest way to get a loan approval with the best rate and some lenders credit to cover the closing fees. Scott was very professional and easy to work with, and always accessible during day and night.
