  I've been using Morse for almost 5 years now, Even with covid, if anything they have gotten more efficient and helpful. They have helped me through some sticky situations and they have always had the best price for full coverage insurance. It's nice to deal with a human being when you have a problem or have to file a claim. I have worked with each of the women here But karan has always been super helpful to me. When you have A bunch of confusing paperwork, these ladies make it all a breeze

  highly recommended - I recently had my auto policy reviewed and my service representative, Rebecca, was outstanding. Very responsive, made recommendations that made sense for me and not for the insurance company. Had the answers to my questions and was able to communicate via phone and email and worked around my schedule. I had a truly great experience even though no one really likes to pay for insurance...

  The agents here are very friendly and helpful. Ryan has helped me with both my auto and home insurance. He made the process really easy and doing everything over the phone or via email was very convenient for me. I highly recommend him and the agency!

  Dan and his team helped my family re-write our home and auto policy and helped us save some money while improving our coverage compared to our previous agency. He also had an expert on staff to help us find the right flood policy for our new cape house. They also do a great job managing my business' policies. They make it easy to do business and are always available to answer our questions.

  In December 2019 I contacted Ryan Riley of Morse Insurance Agency concerning the insurance for my business. The lack of ambition was amazing. It was like I was interfering with his Christmas. He totally blew me off and suggested that we might be able to work something out for the next renewal period. That annual renewal period was last month. I never heard from him. On December I paid my new carrier $14,452.00 up front for my 2021 commercial property insurance.

  I have known and worked with Morse Insurance for over 25 years. Customer service has always been great and very responsive. With the few times we needed their help, they were there just as I hoped they would be.

  When it comes to insurance what really matters is being there when needed. We had the misfortune to have a water pipe leak in one of our stores and it destroyed the interior, forcing it to close our store for repairs. Fortunately we were covered through Morse Insurance Agency in Easton, MA. Not only were they prompt but the service and coverage were great. We were able to restore our building so that it was better than new and the costs were covered and on time. This is what matters when you really need it and we were fortunate enough to have Morse Insurance as our agency.

  They do all the things that you want your agent to do. They review my account every year to save money, they take care of things quickly, with no extra effort. They have also gone above and beyond what you expect. I've seen them do wonderful things for people that have had tragic circumstances. These are the kind of people that you want to work with.
