  I have probably refinanced five times in the last twenty years. The previous four companies did a commendable job, no complaints. That being said, Al Moreira and his team, are without a doubt head and shoulders above the rest. I really didn't have that many questions, but if I did, I was surprised when the President, Al Moreira, answered the phone. Every question I had, Al had an answer for it. Unlike other companies where you typically receive a response of "I'll have to get back to you." Never once did I receive that response, and this is coming from the President of the company....unheard of. Whether your speaking/corresponding with either Amanda Bailey, or Kristin Turner, the service remains the same. I don't care if it's your first home purchase, or a refinance, I will never do business with anyone but the Moreira Team!

  My partner and I decided to purchase our first home and my brother connected me with Al. He has been amazing and so helpful through this whole process!   Finally, a lender that's honest!! After weeks of getting the run around with my previous lender, I finally got in touch with Tim at the Moreira Team. I spent countless hours trying to get pre-approved for my loan and once I talked to Tim, he helped every step of the way. He was very knowledgeable of the type of loan I needed and the difference options within each loan type. He explained to me how much I could save monthly with multiple proposals, so I was comfortable with my decision. He was very transparent with the over all costs and what they could and could not control. Anytime day or night, Tim was available to address my questions and concerns. I highly recommend Tim Endress at the Moreira to everyone.

  Working with The Moreira Team, specifically Alvaro, was the best decision we made in our home buying process. We used the VA loan and decided to go with a local mortgage company over the usual lender's people use when using a VA loan. They made the process seamless and straightforward. They answered every question and went above and beyond to ensure we would get our house. We found the house we wanted and closed 5 weeks later.   Working with the Moreira Team was the best. We had a complicated situation, my fiance and I, but from the first call to the last, this team allowed us to sleep at night stress free. They work like to true team, they all work so well together. The best thing is they referred us to all the right people from our realtor Ryan to our inspector Tim. I always heard horror stories of people going through the process taking months, but because of the team we had at our disposal we were technically done in a month from when we made our first offer. Even closing took about 20 minutes... I've already told my friends, when they are read, call the Moreira team!!
