  I've had an account there on two separate occasions. I closed the first one several years ago when I went to talk to them about financing a vehicle. It wasn't all that much. In fact, I had enough money in my account there to cover the loan. I just did not want to drain my bank account. And they would not even talk to me about it. So I close my account. A couple of years ago I thought I would give them another chance. So I opened up a savings account with him. Haven't had any issues up until today. My mom has an account there as well. And she is the power of attorney for a relative who also has an account there. So we are there a couple of times per week on average. Today I gave my mom a check to pay her back some money that I owed her. I signed the check. And she simply tried to deposit it into her account. And they absolutely refused to accept the check. And the check was from the county fiscal court. It wasn't like it was a bad check. They had paid me for working the polls on election day. So I just signed that check and gave it to Mom to cover the loan that I had with her. She simply tried to deposit the check. She wasn't trying to cash it. She was simply trying to deposit it. And they absolutely refused to accept it. So if my mind doesn't change, come next week I will be going back and closing my account again. And there won't be a third time. I would have closed it out today but I was in a bit of a hurry.

  MCFUC is the epitome of a consumer financial institution! Their loan officers and other staff are wonderful people and a pleasure to work with. They treat you like a person, not just another number. I was beginning to question the time honored tradition of customer focus and service, but MCFCU has given me a renewed hope!

  All staff are extremely friendly and helpful. They always call me by name. Stephanie Craft was been amazing with a recent automobile purchase which lead to several loans being refinanced. Stephanie made all of those refinances very easy and convenient. Plus the rates were amazing. Many thanks! I highly recommend their services.

  Iv had a account here for years always friendly smiling faces and willingness to help. Just recently refinance my sxs through them and cut my payment in half diffently recommend for all your money needs

  If you don't have an account with MCFCU I strongly advise you to open one. The staff is super friendly and is always there to answer any question and lay any concern to rest. When opening my account everything was explained in detail. I spoke to Stephanie about loan options and she not only went over my inquiry but offered advise that has my wife and considering switching all of our accounts over. I strongly recommend MCFCU!

  I’ve had an account with them for nearly a decade. Applied for a personal loan right in their smartphone app, it was super easy and their staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend all their services.

  We should all bank locally and local credit union is always my choice. Having moved to the area 16 months ago I looked for a local credit union and have had only very positive experiences. Very courteous and helpful! You will do yourself a big favor by giving MCFU your banking business!
