  Got off of work the last day before the late fee, literally 6 minutes late to call. Closed till Monday. Smh. They have been a great financial help so far and I believe they will continue to be. I hope they're as passionate as they've seemed so far, I've had alot going on here lately. 🤞

  I was a customer for many years when i lived in Alexandria Louisiana and they were nothing but nice and respectful to me at all times. Never was anyone rude to me. They helped me through some rough times and i will always be Thankful to the Entire staff from years back. Troy Allen Guillot.

  Literally the worst finance company ever. I have never met someone so rude in my life. She was very disrespectful I have never felt that low in my life when being spoken too. Also a very racist woman obviously. I'd rather pay 50× the interest rate then deal with this place.

  Mu husband was a customer and these people did nothing but help. They did have one rude one but she didnt last. These ppl are very nice and do go above to help you.

  The manager Raye is extremely rude and very misleading. She told me that I was required to purchase additional protection when in fact I did not have to have it at all. Beware and very cautious when dealing with this company.

  These people tell you they are going to help you and get over you. They treated me and my brother like we were dumb and didn't know nothing. They are a rip off, unprofessional i will not recommend anybody to go to them.

  Worst experience ever extremely Rude and totally disrespectful no matter how nice you try to approach them Mrs Raye have the nastiest attitude Ever!! Please rethink if you ever think about using this Company you will leave out feeling your worst and that’s everytime you go!!

  This place is awful! The manager lacks any sort of customer service skills. If you are looking for a loan these are the last people you want to deal with! They only reason they got one is because I couldn’t give 0!

  The manager mrs raye will make you want to curse her out she is rude and has a nasty as attitude when I go to court I hope they take it out my taxes so I can be done I advise people not to go to this place think twice.
