  The lady That waited on me was extremely rude would not make eye contact was preoccupied and seemed like he was just more or less trying to get me out the door then to help me. I will not be going back to the World Finance in Alexandria.

  They say I am approved for a loan. Then They put me through the ringer to then withdraw my loan because they didn't want to loan me money. The manager is rude and Donae is unprofessional. They are the worst group of people ever.

  I have called these people 4 different times trying to put a loan application in, and each time I have called they have put me on hold for 20 minutes, then they hang up!! WOW!! Great service??
