  I had the pleasure of meeting and working with Darius Hastings. He was kind enough to show us homes that we described to him that were looking for. We found the perfect home, and with Mr.Hastings help things went better than expected. He was involved in every step of the purchase to make sure that the home we chose was the perfect one for us. He handled all the legal work and made it effortlessly for us and did everything on time as he said it would be. I think Darius is a Excellent choice for the person you want and Moody Realtors is the choice for companies when purchasing any type of real estate.   I am from out of state and was looking for retirement property in Tennessee my wife and I found a home we were interested in. We contacted Moody Reality and met with Rick who took us to all properties we were interested in. We decided to make an offer on one of the properties a week later, and from being out of state I thought the process would be tough, but it wasn't at all! Working with Rick over the phone and through email he took care of all the arrangements for any paperwork, necessary home inspections and appraisal. We signed papers on the house six weeks later! It was a great experience, very thorough, professional and swift! Great Job Moody Reality!!!

  Rick Moody just sold my house. He was exceptional. He went above and beyond anything I could have ever expected. I live out of state and don't know how I would have done it all without him. We had numerous problems arise and he went out of his way to get them all fixed and taken care of. Thank you for being awesome!

  I have used several realtors in the past which included personal friends. Moody is absolutely the best. Tommy went beyond the call and assisted us getting our utilities transferred and helped us get acquainted with the area. All of his office personnel were extremely knowledgeable and helpful.
