  This was my first time purchasing a home to live in, and Monte made that process as easy and smooth as possible. Pre-approval was extremely fast. I got it the same day. The process with Monte and HouseAmerica Financial was completely digital, which allowed me to easily review and sign documents whether I was at work or at home. He is super attentive, proactive, and highly professional. Mortgages can be very confusing. I had a ton of questions regarding my loan, and he was always a quick phone call or text away. He explained everything very clearly and he never let me feel like I was asking a dumb question. He was in constant communication with me. We were able to lock in a great rate, and successfully close the deal. I would 100% work with Monte again. He’s truly a pleasure to work with.
