  I recently worked with Dvin to purchase a home. Dvin and the team were amazing to work with, and I was so pleased with how everything turned out. I appreciated their full transparency throughout the process, along with their willingness to help me find a solution that worked for me and not just one that worked for the company. As I learned more about the process, the way I wanted to structure my debt evolved; and I was so impressed by how Dvin conducted himself through my endless questions and requests for change.   Shea and Maria are lightning quick professionals at their work. We have had many home loans over the years and dealt with at least 10 different loan officers. Shea and Maria are by far the most professional and speedy team we have experienced. Our problem with most other loan processes is the frequent surprises and poor estimates of time. We have done two loans through this company and each time we received realistic estimates of turnaround time and a lot of help to make sure we got through the document submission process as quickly and accurately as possible. This is a killer team and they will make sure your home loan process gets done quickly and at the best rate.

  I am very please with Maria and Shea. After Wells Fargo turned me loan down Shea and Maria got my loan approved with in 30 days . This is the second home that I bought and I have to say Maria and Shea make my home buying experience a blast. If you are in search of a good loan company do not waste your time call Shea .   Worst please to buy or refinance your home If you can avoid them please Check other companies do your research Do not believe in their promises I was a victim of their false promises and up till now they have not yet delivered.
