  I honestly cannot say enough great things about Chandler! He is so kind and easy to work with, he made a difficult situation easy. Now, 14 months after my closing, he is helping me to remove my mortgage insurance. Chandler understands that not all situations are the same and he is always willing to go above and beyond to make sure that he is doing the right thing for his clients. Chandler will make sure you understand all options in order to make the best decision for you. Five stars is not enough, I would like to add a sixth star ⭐️!

  Working with Chandler was an excellent experience. As first time home-buyers, my wife and I were unfamiliar with the loan process and the accompanying requirements. We can't say enough about Chandler's ability to keep us organized and on course through his clear communication. He was able to communicate between all involved parties to ensure requirements were met and our loan was processed on time, especially considering we were funded in less than two weeks! Chandler even took time outside of business hours to answer questions, check our documentation for accuracy, and send communication on our behalf. Additionally, the online portal platform was crucial in our understanding of the documents, e-signatures, and to-do list of pending documents that needed our attention. It was easy to trust Chandler with our transaction as he was prompt, professional, and transparent. I would highly recommend using Chandler to assist with your home loan!

  Working with Chandler was a great decision for me. We recently closed on my first home, and I could not be happier with Chandler’s level of service, and professionalism. Chandler helped me get qualified for my purchase, and made sure I submitted a strong pre-approval letter to the listing agent. After my offer was accepted, Chandler made the process very smooth and easy for me. He asked for everything he needed up front, and didn’t bother me with tons of requests for documents. My loan was approved in 3 days from our offer being accepted, and we closed way ahead of schedule. Chandler made sure I got the best possible rate on my loan, and even gave me a credit towards my closing costs. I can’t imagine a better scenario for my first experience buying a home. Chandler is the ONLY lender that I will use going forward. He was just that good.
