      Lied to us about the floor plan. Poor quality materials and poor workmanship.

      The townhomes appear to be great homes, reasonably priced with some decent options available. Many of the upgrades have limited brand options and are not necessarily "luxury items", however, and we expect to close at least 3 months after the date we were told pre-contract (which has passed and we still don't have a timeframe). I'd advise going in with a buyer's agent if you are seriously considering Darley Green and be ready to wait for your home. (FYI: I'm not entirely blind to the fact that many builders are still working on Sandy projects and that delays are common, but I'm frustrated that once we were under contract my inquiries were met with vague and non-committal responses and had we known the true timeframe we would have planned differently for the last 6 months)

      They are building a townhouse for a family member. The houses are absolutely beautiful.
