  Most unprofessional bank on the planet. We had a car loan from them. We quickly refinanced and tried to close the account. They said we had to come to one of their locations but they close before we get off from work. By the time we are finally get a chance to close the account they have us sign a hand written form and we only have $6 of the $50 we had because they forced us to pay $3 for each monthly statement instead of emailing it to us.

  I've been a Valued Customer for over 20 yrs... and the service and services are always; courteous, they go the extra effort to please, make me feel as if my account is the only account... It's a pleasure going into "Eagle One (#1) Credit Union.... Thank You For Your Service($)..😀 Lawrence

  Very poor service. You ask to stop payment on something they want to charge you every month and let it go through so they can charge you overdraft fees
