  I called for a car title loan company and Kiara answered my call. Kiara was very informative, detail oriented, pleasant and professional! This was one of the best coordinated business experiences I’ve ever had. I took my car to an office on Colorado Blvd in Pasadena. She (Kiara) wasn’t there but, she handled the paperwork and money transfer by phone as the gentlemen in the office put a tracker in my car. The gentlemen were very polite, courteous and professional, as well. I was very, very pleased with the coordinated efforts of all involved in this business transaction that was handled with courtesy and efficiency. I couldn’t ask for more! Well done.
