  I just called to get information about a title loan. The one who answered was extremely unprofessional as he didn't even let me speak and just hang up on me. Obviously I didn't call back. It's not the only title loan in the city.so no, I wouldn't recommend this place at all. Communication and respect are seriously important in this type of business. If I was the manager or owner I'd fire this customer service representative right on the spot. every business relies on its customers to succeed and employees like the one who took my call to ruin a business.
