  I want to thank Monroe Funding in helping me get the loan and buy the house that I dreamed of! My closing was on 08/05/2021 (yesterday) and I am so happy that I own a house now (I was a first time home buyer)! Whether you work with Rosa, Alex or Doug-you will not regret it because they will do everything they can to get you the house/home you want. I will definitely contact them in the future if I need to. My case was very hard and I can just say: if I got the loan anyone can get it with help of Monroe Funding-thank you so much!

  My experience with Monroe was excellent. I could not have asked for better. My initial contact was with Rosa who assessed what my needs were and advised she would get back to me. I then received a call from her colleague Tony. I was at first disappointed because I thought I was being pawned off to someone else. But I was delightfully surprised!! Tony was just as great! Tony was very professional, customer focused and I felt very comfortable asking questions because I felt like I was a part of the process. I was always kept abreast of what was happening, provided informative feedback which allowed me to make informative decisions. Tony was great!! It was a partnership/team effort with the same client in mind ME! Do not think for one second I never heard back from Rosa, she still checked in and was always available if Tony was ever busy. At the end of it all I was very satisfied with the results. I don't see myself contacting another company after this experience. Thank you Monroe. You have a customer for life.

  I have been using Monroe Funding for years and I've always had the best of experiences. Being a realtor I deal with a lot of lenders that can't even remember my name, but after having a 2 year hiatus, I called Monroe and Doug not only remember my name, he also knew who I was! In a world of real estate investing, it is great to do business with someone that doesn't treat you like a number. I'm not sure if I can be saving money elsewhere... but i don't really care. Monroe has been great to me and I look forward to using them in all my future transactions.
