  Very friendly employees helpful chrismatic if you can get over all that tweakers and vultures in that area this is actually one of the best money trees you can go to a lot safer than 3rd Ave in downtown. Thank you money tree employees 😊

  I've been banking with money tree for years I use them to pay bills direct use direct deposit get change as far as I was a member of money tree but my last new interactions of money tree have been quite unpleasant as far as assuming I am not who I am even though I have given the proper identification and stuff they recently told me that they no longer give change as one of their services but it was in a really awkward way so Im just not going to bank here. account canceled

  From my first interaction on the phone with them I have been very impressed with their stellar service. All the tellers were helpful, knowledgeable and professional. Alfredo, the teller that served me even called Fred Meyer to see if they could help me because they couldn't do such a huge money order with a debit card at their location. They could have just said they didn't have that service and turned me away like the other places I had tried before I went to Moneytree. Instead they went above and beyond. I'll definitely be back if I need their services in the future.

  Went in to pay a loan off and get another last night, but I had used up the legally allowed 8 loans in a year 😟 a kind gentlemen with a warm smile (I believe had an African origin accent, very nice 😎) , extended my loan due date and handed me my cash back! I walked out with more than I originally would have had. Now my family will have awesome costumes this year 🤩 God bless Moneytree and their wonderful staff 🤠

  It was my first time borrowing from them and may I say the staff here are amazing. I was helped by the manager it’s self and she helped in more ways then I can say. I started my process online and was having trouble instead of pushing me away like most people will she called someone and had my information sent to her where she ended up finishing it. It was fast easy and to the point thank you again for helping me.

  I arrived at the Renton location to try and get some money and upon entry you are prompted to get a number and then proceed to wait in your car. For 15 minutes I saw that the queue didn't change once. Then they turned all lights off at 8 pm. Im not mad about that. But how can you close at 8 but still let people think they actually made it in time and wait for a service that is not gonna happen. Bad for moneytree.

  Very unhappy customer. Took a PAYDAY loan which would have been pulled out from my account on my PAYDAY of Friday, Sept 13th. But since the teller kept saying how it wasn't a good day she offered to take it out the following MONDAY. Which should have been Sept 16. Guess what today is? Sept 10th(TUESDAY BEFORE PAYDAY). My account is negative $-720 right now. Already hit with overdraft fees as well and will continue. When I called customer service all they could say is dispute it. Are you kidding me?? Your worker was not doing her job. You ask for our pay dates to avoid these situations! I will be in serious problems with my bank because of this and be charged DAILY FOR OVERDRAFTS UNTIL IT IS DONE PROCESSING and if my bank tries to take it back I will still get charged for REVERSAL FEES! Clearly she was not at work to work but would rather be socializing with her coworkers which is what she was doing when she messed all this up. Thanks a lot for this huge mess. I will never be back after I get this settled.

  Sandra. A very astute and thorough asset to the money tree. She is very sweet and very personable. I feel she is the blueprint for how every employee should be. Very approachable. She made everything easy. .

  I cash my check there every Wednesday. I work at ihop to driveways away. There is a gentleman who works there. His name starts with a J. It's like Jithendra ( I know that's not how it's spelled) but he is so amazing. I went in yesterday and I always wait to be helped by him. He helped me with so many things end and always treats me with respect. He's the reason I keep going back even though I've moved to burien.

  Just called ahead of time to make sure they didn't close early. They stayed open long enough for my friend to cash his check thank god. These guys are awesome. Five stars!
