  I called to inquire about a car title loan (which clearly states they do this on their website) and the rude representative HUNG UP ON ME AFTER HE SAID WHAT HE SAID! Will never do business here, being I am new to the NC area!

  Called in reference to an approx. $500 sale and sat on the phone for 10 minutes while she talked to in-store customers. Was then cut off. I called back and waited five more minutes while she talked to in-store customers. I've worked retail before, and know that the telephone customer is equally important. Their loss.
