DAVE MCDAVID2This review only pertains to the LongHorn in Madison, MS. I have dined with other Longhorn locations and have never had any issues with the food or the service. I Had a terrible experience there on yesterday. Had to wait over 45 minutes for a table, not because it was busy but because no servers had shown up for work that evening. Not to mention the host who seated us was extremely rude and ignorant. Finally after getting seated and served. My steak wasn't cooked to the temperature that I asked which was medium well and when I requested them to recook my order it took at least 40 minutes to bring it back out to the table and that was after I complained to the manager about it. The only positive thing I can say about my experience was that the waiter was very professional and tended to our needs very well.
