  The staff members are very helpful and polite. I was looking for a gift, and my husband wanted to see the firearms. Chris was patient as I looked at the jewelry and handbags--there were so many choices and great designer brands! I found just what I needed. Angel also helped by showing me some new jewelry pieces that had just come in. This shop is bright, clean, and well organized, and the staff is very professional. I wouldn't hesitate to go back!

  This place is an absolute and udder Rip Off! I once again tried to do business with them and once again I left there feeling like I was a victim of a shake down! The woman who I was dealing with was rude and very very negative! She had no clue or any knowledge of the item that I brought in the store. She refused to look my military grade rifle cleaning kit up on line to appraise it so that we could maybe come to an honest agreement of the value. Which was 109$list price. It had never been used ever. She rudely offered me 10$for my item and told me pretty much to take it or leave it! I was only asking 30$. I would have been okay with 25$. I asked to talk to the manager and she rudely replied You're Looking at her! And then looked away and then shouted next customer! At that time an older gentleman intervened and we were able to come to an agreement really really fast. This gentleman was very nice, professional and courtiouse and wanted to be fair with me. Which is more than I can say about the rude woman that I had originally been dealing with. That woman is in dire need of a customer relations course.

  If you need help, if you are affected by COVID-19 financially, need financial help after hours on Saturday when all the banks are closed, This is the place! They have a huge selection of high end authentic designer handbags ,accessories, beautiful clean sparkly diamonds… Engagement rings, promise rings, lots of jewelry, exceptional watches and accessories. They have everything, tools, televisions, musical instruments and even things for the garden. I cannot say enough about the staff. They are extremely knowledgeable, compassionate, fair and really will go the extra mile to help. Highly recommended.

  Don’t sleep on the great inventory and great deals on guns, designer handbags and jewelry! Top of the line! Better deals and valuable jewelry than my husband bought at jewelry stores. Great staff and steals and deals!

  Got there minutes before closing time looking for a nice used motorcycle helmet. They didn't have one on display, but they managed to find one in the back room. Gave me a excellent deal on it, in total saving 50 dollars compared to other places nearby. First time there, and definitely not the last! Customer service was great!

  Great friendly place to do business. I've been pawning stuff to this store now for the last couple of years due to the oilfield downturn and they have always given me a fair price. His categories seem to be restricted to guns, tools, electronics, cameras, jewelry and musical instruments. Anything outside of that doesn't really draw his interest. The manager (Raul I think) is a great guy. It's a very family friendly place. I bring my kids there sometimes.

  I've been buying a new gun on layaway for a few months and have been very happy with the service and fair price. I forgot my payment was due and couldn't make it in to pay that day so they gave me an extension from Monday to Saturday with no penalty. Looking forward to making the last payment this week and taking my new handgun home!

  The manager there ‘Maggie’ is horrible and needs to have her customer service skills seriously re-evaluated. I personally believe y’all would have so much more business if she got herself in check. Service is everything. People return when they feel welcomed. Having her as a “smiling face” for this company is detrimental to its reputation.

  Making my payment Manager was taking my payment and counting my money and stoped to take a phone call (did not excuse himself) and then after the money was already fully counted, another guy comes over to try to take over the transaction and re-count the money. Spent 1/2 an hour just to make my payment and get my stuff. 2nd guy was super rude with a really bad attitude

  The store is clean, but I didn't find any real values. They are asking retail prices for just about all their used guns. On the Plus side its one of the few places you can still buy a VCR for your legacy video collection. Wish they had better hours, and were open much later.

  Thank you for the 4 star reivew, Paul. We try to be competivie with our pricing and something we will follow up with the store on. Our store hours are shorten for security reasons. Pawnshop are a target for theives and they tend to work at night. Employee safety is a top priority for our business. We hope to see you in the future!
