  Great customer service at Store#48 on 281N near Brook Hollow exit (this is the old Crabby Jack's location). I've consistently found great values on items that I need. Items are very well priced and customer service is extremely fair. I've made two recent purchases and have been very pleased with both price and quality. I will definitely be back again!

  I love coming here because they customer service is Amazing! Christina is Always Knowledgeable about the products Always Honest and is Such a Great help when Making a Purchase!! Steve is Always helpful especially since the pandemic he was very understanding and was willing to help when it came to making payment arrangements! Overall very pleased. Thank you All

  This shop is clean, bright, & very well stocked with luxury products @ great prices. I sold them 2 Louis Vuitton purses & they were knowledgeable and very fair with their offers. I highly recommend them for your luxury items. Why pay full price when you can spend 1/2 the cost for pre-loved items.

  First off, the store is organized and very clean. Best looking Pawn store I have ever been at. Staff is very friendly and kind. Michael gave me a very fair price for the merchandise I sold there. I sold some musical equipment, golf equipment, and other items. Fair price for all and a pleasant experience! Highly recommend!

  Best pawn shop around. Best folks, very fair, and employees who know you. Great prices on quality items. I make a point to stop by often to pick up a good deal for tools, electronics, and any number of other items. You want it they got it. Very clean, very organized and great, personalized customer service.

  Michael was knowledgeable of the items I was looking for and even had great pricing on items you wouldn’t think could be! I got a 42 inch tv and an Xbox for almost dirt cheap compared to other guys and retail price! I would definitely recommend this store if your on a budget and want to speak with someone who knows what they’re are doing. I even had my friend go in there to find a ring and he had found a perfect one for his girl and she loves it!

  JJ was there willing to help; and his open honest opinions were refreshing. I worked with another gentleman who was just as knowledgeable and Honest letting me know the watch I was considering selling they couldn’t buy for what I needed! This particular location has high end purses, guns, jewelry, and electronics! Cheaper than the consignment app I used to buy my LV and no waiting for a package! I forgot how fun in person shopping is when there are no kiosk mall employee trying to sell me $4500 facial creams!

  I love this place! I bought my daughter an HP laptop for her birthday and no problems, with that I also bought two purses, for my self, all at very reasonable prices. I will no doubt be back. Ask for Christina!!! She will take care of you.
