      Wonderful service from the lady who helped me out, fast and friendly service. I had to cash my insurance claim check and needed us much as possible, they lowered the payment for me so I can get as much as possible to cover my parts.

      I came by yesterday to pick up a money transfer from overseas, upon my arrival at this location there customer service person told me that western union service was already unavailable because it was 20 minutes before closing and the system already automatically shutdowns and was told to come back the next day. I came back this morning, i arrived about 10 minutes early, at exactly 9 am opening time i tried to open the order however i felt it was still locked so i waited, about 9:04 i tried it again and it opened so i figured that maybe it has an automatic locking and opening system, anyway i was so disappointed because there customer service (Dominyk) thats what his name shown on his badge said they were not allowed to go outside and inform me that the door was already open but he already saw me outside standing and never tried to signal me that i could come in or maybe waive to me since i was looking at his direction he just left me waiting, when i confronted him thats when he said that he could not come out to inform me that in which i totally understand becuase of safety, what bothers me he just didnt care that someone outside waiting already, then when i was going to remit the money that was sent to me he told me that they do not have enough money for my remittance, now my question is if you cannot provide that kind of service dont do business, imagine you are a check cashing place, a payday advance loan, western union, and many more products but yet you dont have that kind of funds to remit? I will keep on posting to social media and BBB, i feel so disapppointed with them, had to come back twice with no results, bad customer service, i will never go back or even recommend them.
