  If I could give this place 0 stars I would,lady was super rude after being on hold waiting for a good period only to get out back on hold without my simple SIMPLE question being answered or even remotely listened to after she asked "how can I help you' I explain my problem as she proceeds talking to someone instructing her on how to do something as I'm sitting there talking about my problem then she proceeds to tell me can you please hold tried calling back to get someone new same oersonnssß.! Been on hold in total of 15monutes now..I heard nothing but good stuff about here but that's just my luck..terrible customer service,rude as hell and now while writing this I've been on hold 20minutes this phone call now which makes it 30minutes all around..worst customer service I've ever experienced. Only one lowest question I have which would take no more than 2minutes (and that's pushing it) to answer!
