      no transparency whatsoever. Deal closed after having to forclose on the investor and no financials or anything would be turned over. This is after asking for it multiple times. I will not be doing business with them ever again. The owner just stated over and over that the other investors trusted him and did not ever ask for that.

      I have borrowed for my fix and flip house projects many times from these guys, they usually get back to me same day on whether they are interested in funding the deal and how much they will lend and close in less than 7 days

      They just care about the money they are going to make. Check out the "rip-off report". They allow the borrower to appraise the deal, unfair practices, lost money with them. No integrity, do not trust them with your money.
