  Could not have asked for a better experience! If you’re looking for a mortgage loan officer/broker, look no further than Tiffani. She had awesome communication throughout the entire process and was completely on top of everything. She took the stress out of it as she was there to explain each thing and make sure we had what we needed. She guided us through step by step and we had an incredibly smooth home buying experience. She’s so good that our realtor is recommending her for all of their clients going forward! Seriously cannot recommend her more.

  Tiffani was excellent to work with! We bought a house from across the country, and she made everything seamless for us. She was able to quickly answer all of our questions, provide all of the information we needed, and helped us get the best possible mortgage for our house. I would definitely work with her again!

  I’ve worked as a real estate agent for over 20 years. I can say that Tiffani is by far the best loan officer I’ve worked with. She is very knowledgeable about the lending industry, but more importantly is she thinks outside the box. When there are challenges in a transaction, she has been instrumental in keeping the transaction going and coming up with innovative and sound solutions to the problems encountered. She genuinely cares deeply about all of her clients and works very hard to get them financed for the homes they want to buy. Needless to say she is the only loan officer I recommend my buyers to and I can proudly include myself as one of her past clients when I was purchasing my new home. Tiffani is one person I can give my highest recommendation to and stake my reputation on it. You may not see all the details that goes into her work, but trust me, you want this person working for you!!! *** Update 8/2020 *** Tiffani helped me refinance my house for the second time. I told her what I wanted out of the refinance and she was able to structure the loan specific to my needs. Overall it reduced my payment by almost $400. It was enough to offset the increase of putting a pool in last year. Thanks to her, it was like getting my pool for free. Different scenario same great service as always.

  I worked with Tiffani while buying a home in NW Las Vegas in November of 2020. Yeah. Smack dab in the middle of the Pandemic. And ya know what....it was fantastic. She did an amazing job of keeping me in the loop on what was happening, what was upcoming, and everything in between. She was quick to respond to questions or concerns, even when they were random thoughts in the afternoon or whatever and we got everything finished in record time. I highly recommend Tiffani to anyone looking to pay for a home in Las Vegas.

  Tiffani Planck is so awesome and very helpful. She goes above and beyond to help you. We refinanced our home over 2 years ago and i had an issue with the credit bureau that she had taken care of already and she openly with no hesitation helped us again. She works hard for her clients and never puts you on the back burner to wait. She is awesome!!

  Tiffani made my refinance a breeze. She answered all my +/- 1 million questions and never hesitated to get me everything I needed to complete the loan process. I even had a COVID-19 scare at my office, which delayed the signing of the final docs. The Lender tried to require me to pay more money to "secure" my rate at the same rate I already paid to "secure" and Tiffani fought for me to get an extension, due to the Pandemic and situation which was out of my control. I would highly recommend her for any of your lending needs, she gets the job done! 😀😍🥰

  If I could give Tiffani 22 stars, I would. I am very new to the mortgage process, and until recently only knew a little bit. Throw in a pandemic, in a market where there's VERY LITTLE inventory...and BAM, it's potentially a recipe for chaos and disaster. Nope, not with Tiffani. I didn't realize how much is really involved, what's ok to submit and what's not etc. Tiffani from day freaking 1 was the most helpful, patient, kind, supportive, cheerleading, understanding person and more than I could've even asked for. I took on the majority of the work between the 2 of us looking for a place of our own, and it was STRESS, FULL. Tiffani assured us both we'd be fine, answered every and all questions day or night, virtually held our hands when we broke down worried we weren't gonna be able to make this happen, and kept cheering us on and being the most supportive person. Due to the pandemic, we didn't meet her in person until the very end, and when I did it felt like seeing a good friend we hadn't seen in forever. i am SO beyond thankful for her, her compassion, kindness, help, and professionalism, as well as the fact that I could just talk to her openly and futz around and rant at times-it helped so so much. I cannot say enough good things about her, and BEYOND recommend her and then some
