  Evan's work, and explanations are clear and concise. He has gotten myself and colleagues rates that don't come close to other lenders. I've worked with other Home Lending companies before and the comparison isn't close when it comes to quality. I continue to work with Modern Home Lending.

  This is the second time that I have gone to Evan for a loan. The first time was when I bought my house. I was a first time home buyer and completely clueless as to what to expect. Evan guided me through the loan process and gave me great advice. He was always available and answered all my questions. He made sure that I understood all my documents before signing them. He gave me confidence that I was making the right decision with my money. When I started the loan process Evan was working for a different company and ended up leaving to start Modern Home Lending. Even though my loan was being managed by his previous company Evan still followed through until the completion of my loan. This year I the opportunity to refinance my home mortgage and I knew I wanted to work with Evan again. For the refinance Evan gave the same quality customer service as before. He was always there to answer questions and give me honest advice. One of Evans loan officers, Bruce actually handled my loan, but Evan still sent me as many communications, if not more, than Bruce. The best part about my refinance was that Evan was able to lower my interest rate a great deal as well as my monthly payments. I will continue to use Modern Home Lending for any of my future needs and will recommend Modern Home Lending to all of my family members and friends. Evan is trustworthy, very knowledgeable, and cares about his customers.

  My husband and I are in the middle of a refinance and we received our closing statements from our broker. Everything looked fine except we could not understand Principal Reduction and how it worked. After hours of researching online, we came across Evan from Modern Home Lending. My husband called his number by change to learn more and Evan was extremely helpful. He took the time to explain to us this unique concept and reassured us on our concerns.   If I could I would give Evan Einhorn and Bruce Ladzinski a “10”. Moving from Missouri to Arizona is stressful enough, and add to that the purchase of a new home. Well Evan had all of our financial information taken care of and approved before we even left Missouri. After arriving in AZ, We were so lucky to find our new place quickly. Evan & Bruce took care of us every step along the way. Never have we had our calls, emails and questions responded to so quickly. We highly recommend these folks. I keep telling Evan and Bruce Thanks to them they have made our Retirement dream come true
