      Literally the worst banking experience I've ever had. They block my card on payday/rent day and then when trying to reactivate my card that the blocked for fraud they have me on hold for over an hour. Definitely going to Chase, they don't randomly block your card whenever they feel like it. It was the your call is important to us while having me hold for over an hour just to speak to someone so that they could unlock my money.

      Stay as far away from these crooks as possible. When my father died they took everything from my parents joint accounts and refuse to allow her to use any of their money that they worked for. Now they refuse to let my mother pay their car note and are trying to force her to default so they can take that as well. They are absolutely corrupt thieves. They do not care about you even in your biggest times of need. There is a reason they do not allow you to see anyone face to face, it makes it harder to identify who robbed and extorted you.

      I love mobiloil credit union. Best bank ever. I can tell you I have never had a bad experience with them as I only care about my finances and they offer high yield interest on checking accounts. In respect to any other banks interest rate. I personally have never had an issue with mobiloil and have always enjoyed banking with them.

      The worst place to bank, bad customer service, I made a payment and then they where calling me sending me letters that they where going to repo my car, I kept telling them I made payments and my bank statement reflects those payments,. they had applied my payment to the wrong account. Then they lost my dispute. My credit score dropped 70 points because of their mistake. Praying hopefully, I can switch my car loan from this place.

      Absolutely terrible. They will lie to you, take your money, pretend to close accounts, and continue to charge fees on accounts that were supposed to be closed. They are also impossible to reach. They will NEVER answer a phone with a real person, and their online banking system only works once in a blue moon. NEVER AGAIN!

      The worst credit union you could possibly ever bank with, they delay direct deposits, even if you're 15min late to make a payment they lock your account, they also run your credit multiple times before loans which ruins your credit. they do all of that without even letting you know so please if you ever need a Credit Union Please Go Somewhere Else. 100% avoid this bank. Trust me. You'll thank me later.

      This establishment has no since of what’s right, just make money. Although, by looking at other reviews, I’m thinking they will not being doing that very much longer. I was told by one of their representatives that making double payments on credit cards would carry over to the next month like it does with my other two cards... Five Point (excellent bank) and Chase. Long story short, this is not the case and after pleading to have the late payment removed from my credit report and bringing the card to a zero balance, they still refuse to help. I contacted the two banks mentioned above and asked how they might handle a similar situation... would you believe they take the exact opposite stance as mobile Oil? Well, they do because their customers are not treated like numbers, but actual people walking into their branch.

      The wait time here is ridiculous! Especially, in the drive-thru. Every time I have to deal with my money here, I want to pull out and go somewhere else. The professionalism is minimal and makes tending to my banking needs a headache. I catch myself planning my banking needs around when I'll be in Beaumont next just to avoid this place! It's time to find a new bank...

      Slowest and rudest location. Sat in the drive thru for 17 min and that's after having sent in my very basic deposit form. My mistake was going when I had an appointment 30 min later, go figure the drive thru would cause me to be late. And after 10 when I pushed the call button to see what the hold up was she just shut me down with a "it'll be just a moment" didn't even let me speak.. 7 min later I finally get by cash.

      They would not let me conduct a transaction just because my id was expired by a few days! They don't have a drive thru and they're closed on Saturday's! These people should not be in the banking business! Their employees are so stupid! They should be working at mc Donald's! They took money out of someone else's account for our loan! They never get the account number right! Every month we have problems with them screwing up our payments!
