  Oh my goodness, where to even begin?!!! Carley Mayfield is absolutely THE BEST Service Representative a business can possibly have! From the very beginning of our interactions with Carley regarding fraudulent charges and checks being written in my parents' account, there are not enough words to describe my appreciation of her. Carley was quick to understand our delimma, kind and sympathetic with such happening to an elderly couple, (not to mention her sweet, gentle handling of all communication with them). What a gem! I have dealt with professionals and life issues a good bit, but can honestly say I've never been treated with such professionalism blended with such kindness - just the presence of true goodness! We cannot thank Carley enough for going more than the extra mile to assist us in every way possible, and her communication of updates as they occur was more than we could ask for! I wish I had a way to fully thank Carley for the warm and informative way she addressed our case, but I'm just going to have to settle for a most heartfelt, most sincere THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart! THANK YOU, Carley!

  I have had positive experiences with the Nederland MCT. They know my name when I walk in and are always friendly and attentive. Carley at the Nederland MCT has been especially helpful in several interactions over the last couple of months. I appreciate her going the extra mile!

  When has MCT gotten so big that they no longer provide customer service. If you call to talk to someone it takes 15 to 30 minutes to actually talk to a person. Then the person answering can't help you or put you through to through to a branch location.

  Allie De La Mora (Alejandra) is so awesome. She knows her business. She is thorough and attentive. She stays on top of everything. I definitely will work with her again! Laura Martinez is also soo good at her job! She helped me finish my truck purchase. Both of them explained everything clearly. Laura even noticed an extra charge I did not see from the dealership!! I love these two!!! Id definitely recommend working with MCT on all your business!!

  I do not recommend this establishment to honest people looking to build their credit. It is with a very heavy heart that I write this review. I have been with this bank for decades now, though high school, college and the first four years of my teaching career. I am the daughter of an immigrant, and while I inherited many wonderful traits from my mother, I did not inherit a secure financial future. Working my way up from the lowest socioeconomic class to the lowest levels of the middle class was an arduous journey, but I made it. I have established fair credit, I have secured employment at a reputable school district and maintained it for years, and I have substantially lowered my debt to income ratio in that time. My husband and I were in the market to buy a home recently, but the $5,000 we saved for a down payment, we learned sadly is just not enough. So I went to my bank for a personal loan to help build our down payment, so that next year we can try to buy a home again. I had no intention of carrying the note on this loan for more than one year, because we are serious about being in our own home by next year. In the last year alone, I have paid off four loans, two through Conn's, and two through Security Finance. All loans were paid off early, and most I made double payments on. And yet, this financial institution that is supposed to support hard working, loyal patrons refused to give me a loan without collateral. At this point and time, we own nothing to give for collateral. We have two vehicles that we make loyal monthly payments to and a home that we rent. So by asking for collateral that we do not have, we are basically being punished for having been poor. The most they would offer me is a $3,000 loan, which is $2,000 less than I have in my savings account at this moment. My husband and I have been degraded by this bank for the last time. We will be switching to Neches Federal Credit Union after the holidays. I know for a fact they will be more than happy to help a teacher from Port Neches Groves High School establish themselves in a more dignified manner.

  We worked with Alejandra De La Mora in refinancing our truck with MCT. What a breeze it was! Alejandra made the process quick and easy and was a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend Alejandra and MCT!

  I was able to get my 2019 GMC TERRAIN refinanced through MCTCU with the help of A. De La Mora. She always kept me in the know of what needed to be done. I had a few bumps in the road but with her help and assurance everything turned out to be okay. I appreciate her time and patience with me during my transactions.   The last couple of days I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with Alejandra at the MCT on Highway 69/96. She’s very pleasant to deal with and very efficient and very knowledgeable about every area that she was dealing with me. I’ve recommended to my significant other that she is the one she needs to go to get her to car loan. I can recommend her and MCT to anyone needing any kind of financial assistance.
