  It was such a pleasant experience working with Moapa Valley Mortgage. I am from Las Vegas, and I had a Las Vegas mortgage company work with me on the load initially. Due to the fact that this was a pre-manufactured home, the Las Vegas said it was impossible for them to give me a loan. This was never an issue with Moapa Valley Mortgage, and they completed the whole process in a very timely and professional manner. I would absolutely work with them in the future.

  I met Natalie Zeeman-Terabelian over a year ago. This lady is so amazing. She helped me fix my credit, so I would be able to buy my first home. Even though I caused some of the obstacles that got in the way, she never gave up on me, and she fought for me every step of the way. Some brokers would have given up on me, but Natalie Zeeman-Terabelian never gave up on me. I'm so thankful for all her help, patience, and kindness. She even got me a nice interest rate, and made sure it was locked in while waiting for final approval. She is so awesome.
