  This place is the BEST!!!! I sold a wedding ring yesterday ( to many negative memories) they paid me, I left, didn't take receipt, never looked in my billfold until next day. I was short a $100. I went down, not expecting to much as I had no receipt...I couldn't have been more pleased, they recognized me, called me by name handed me the $100 and made my whole day..God bless them, and thank you for being so sweet...

  Bought some 90% silver from them, as well as 3 gaming tokens they presented as silver. All 3 tokens were fake. 100% copper. I would not recommend buying silver from someone that doesn’t test it before selling it. Or they knew and sold it anyway

  Hi Josh, After further research on the 4 queens silver Strike $10 Casino Tokens it was determined that they did make a CLAD version hallmarked with an 'S" on the back side of the coin. The token itself is not counterfeit, but is not the .999 silver that most of the other silver strikes are. When these were sold to us, we believed that these were indeed .999 as all the ones we have delt with prior were. I apologize for these being presented and sold as silver , when indeed were not. These casino tokens are selling on ebay from $10-20 each as noted they are "clad" not silver. I understand that you are from out of state and may not be coming back through Mesquite in the near future.   I arrived on location to do some business as usual at 5:55 pm. On 7/21/2021. I rushed to get there before they closed because I needed money and the gas light is on. When I tried to open the door it was locked and the two employees working just started at me and would not open the door. I then called the business to talk to the ladies and they refused to answer the phone all three times I called. This is by far the worst pawn shop I’ve ever had to do business with. This incident was the last straw. Why even have business hours if you’re going to close whenever you feel like it. I do a lot of business here and I deserve at least not to be ignored! I’m so upset about this. I hope the Asian woman and the heavy set woman enjoy the extra five minutes they got today. Because now I don’t know what I’m going to do.

  Skyler, I reviewed the camera's and YOU are 100% CORRECT. We FAILED as a business, the Manager and employee that worked that day should have not locked the door prior to 6pm and should have opened the door and let you in. There are NO EXCUSES for the lack of customer service on our end. The Manager has been spoken to and rest assure Our hours of operation are from 9am-6pm and the Doors will remain open until that time going forward.   I was very disappointed in the inventory and condition of such. It's a shame there are not better quality businesses here. They even tried passing themselves off as a jewelry store. Ha!

  I am sorry that you were not happy with our inventory. As a pawnshop we aquire previously owned peices through our customer base. The jewelry inventory does change weekly. Good luck on your search.

  Came to Mr pawn for a transfer and left with the knowledge that if I come back I’ll get treated like family, the girls Marylin, Kristina, Nancy and Bernice always help me and answer my questions and even go to the point of looking at other stores for items I need. I started here with whim and left with satisfaction that I’ll be a long term client from here on out. Definitely recommend for all firearm and ammo needs as well as the occasional gifts of jewelry.

  The staff is very helpful and nice. Marilyn is my favorite! Bernie and Janice are also great. Plus they have a great gun selection with competitive prices. I really recommend this store.

  I have been going to Mr Pawn Mesquite for many years and have always found it to be a very Pleasant experience. If there is a tool i need i always check there first and most of the time i find it there. The products they sale there are always in great shape and i haven't had any issues. I deal with Bernie and Marilyn most of the time and Janice when she is there. These Ladies are Very Awesome and know their stuff.. I also check the other Mr Pawn locations online for things i am looking for. Keep up the Great work Ladies!! Five stars for you!!!
