  My experience with staff (JoAnn Pugh) at MMS Mortgage for refinancing of my house was made very easy and the whole process understandable. I was provided with answers and possible solutions to issues with my particular circumstances and I proceeded forward with the refinance. At the last hour of the process when I was ready to sign the papers, another issue came up and again MMS Mortgage (JoAnn Pugh) was able to work with the title company and find the answers and the problem was solved. Yes, today my house is refinanced with the lowest interest rate I have ever experienced. Thank you MMS Mortgage and JoAnn Pugh !!!!!!!!
