  I'm here at this branch. There are two people in the open cubicles and two people in the closed offices that I can see but only one teller with a very slow moving line and many customers waiting. But, no one is willing to provide service because quote "at the moment there is only one teller" ... it's not even lunch time. I guess customers don't matter at this branch. There is no drive-up service just drive-up ATM. Very disappointed with this experience.

  Excellent service provided by Relationship Manager Rebecca McEvoy and Office Manager Geoff. Great staff. Went over and beyond in helping me out. Will definitely recommend banking with Rebecca and Geoff.

  Closed. When you deal with a major bank, you expects all branches to be open during normal banking hours. Went to deposit a check (mobile deposits did not work again!) and found a note on the door - closed indefinitely. Waste of time!

  When i asked to speak to a manager, someone came out of one of the offices and started to talk to me, i thought she was a manager but she had no clue how to help me, so I asked again to speak to a manager and she said, there is no manager at this branch this week. I have never heard of such a thing.

  Worst Bank ever. Filed a dispute and after being told all my information was complete and that they would accept what I had. They came back 30 days later only to reject it due to that information. Do not do business with them if you're looking for someone to have your back.

  no ATM available and 1 teller. but they have a greeter and 2 people at their the desk that can't help?!

  I was helped by Dionne and she was very kind and sweet. The location was clean and convenient as well :)

  Worest banking centre ever this bank.. Every time I come here only one member will be here and take forever to come to me..ATM don't work either..😡😡

  conveniently located. staff is very friendly. avoid rush hours at the branch.
