  Erik and Maddie were amazing during our home buying process! They helped us close in just about 3 weeks and we were able to move in before the holidays! Erik answered me on weekends quickly and always answered questions when needed! Highly recommend them. Very stress free process and they have checked in a few times as well!

  I highly recommend Erik and Maddie for Mitten loans. They were able to execute closing in a remarkable timeframe - 15 days - to meet a year-end goal.   Working with Chris was an absolute pleasure during my refinance. The process from start to finish only took a couple weeks and we ended up raising the appraised value of my home by 15k! The end result was being able to take out more cash on the home while reducing the interest and overall monthly payment. Communication was top notch and I would definitely recommend using Mitten if you're looking to purchase or refinance.
