  It was an amazing experience with Mitello. My mother and I are first time home buyers, and we had a lot of questions from the start. Mitello was always available to speak with us and explained the whole process from start to finish. He was extremely patient and made the whole process smooth and enjoyable. It was clear that Mitello was genuinely interested in helping us buy a home. He went above and beyond for us and gave us his honest opinion throughout the whole process.   Mitello was my loan manager for my home refinance. I had shopped around comparing my previous lender with new lender options. Mitello was very knowledge and professional throughout the process. Going with loanDepot instead of a more traditional bank made me uneasy to start but Mitello always answered my questions and concerns with honest, factual and comforting responses. He had suggestions and strategies to get through the process that ended up getting me a better deal than I envisioned going in. I’ve already recommended him to a few of my friends and will continue to for any friends or family that need loan servicing.

  Mitello was very professional and thorough. I was originally discouraged by the home buying process but after being referred to Mitello by a family member, he reached out to me and started the loan process. We closed in 35 days and that was over the Christmas holidays and during COVID! I could not ask for a better experience. I’m so happy with the experience, I referred my sister to Loan Depot for her refinance.
