  We had a fantastic experience with Loan Depot for purchasing our new home. We had worked with Ryan Delia and his team, they were incredibly knowledgeable and moved very quickly. They were there every step of the way to guide us and made sure we would be all set to close. The team worked diligently and made us feel like my family was a priority to them. It took us 1 month to close !!!! It's hard to find a company and a team of people who can do this! We are very grateful!

  Working with Loan Depot was fairly easy for me, it was a great pleasure to find Loan Depot through our home purchasing process. I have worked with other mortgage banks one small mortgage company named HomeBridge for my parents home which the loan process took us a longtime to complete and the big banks like Wells Fargo, who were also complicated and not so informative and never guided us through the loan process and let us hanging; which led us to find Loan Depot. Working with Loan Depot, Ryan had the time for me and my husband to explain everything step by step and very professional; which was very helpful in easing some of the anxiety and frustration that comes along with buying/ finding your first new home. Home Depot’s process and website was easy for both my husband and I to navigate through. All staff we work with were very friendly like Tatiana; Ryan had time to answer questions and concerns which made this process easy for us. I would recommend Loan Depot Fort Lee, NJ to all friends and family hands down.
