  The lady that recommended me to request for a lower loan amount was way nicer than the lady that helped me. She was condescending and she didn't even tell me I was approved or unapproved. Just gave me my information back and said, "here you go". A customer would always come back if you just talk and communicate with them in a friendly manner.
