  A great place if you're looking for some quick cash to handle debts.... the owner (Jack) is a stand up guy... will help you out if you're in need of it. Very honest and does business the right way... has great collection of all sorts of things.... but the reason I am giving this store a GREAT review is because of Jack. He really is a great guy and isn't trying to get one over on you.... he wants to help and do right by his customers. I recommend anyone who is looking for a pawn shop to go to, go here! You will be in great hands.

  I can’t say enough for this pawn shop. My first time at a pawn shop and it was the best experience I had. Jack the manager explained about all the options that I have and took care of me. If need cash for any reason talk to Jack, won’t be disappointed. Thanks Mission Pawn see you soon.

  I am really taken back by some of the reviews posted here, as I have not once ever showed up and no one had been there. Jack goes up and beyond to assist every person I have ever seen come in the store. I will always go here first , when needing a short term loan. Thank you Jack for always being willing to help. Great place, even better guy.

  I had bought some Beats that were actually the wrong ones, the owner was the nicest guy ever he really hooked me up with some new ones!! He didn't hassle or give me a hard time about anything. He was the most helpful and his costumer service was impeccable. It's good to find places that still care and put their costumers first. Thank you and you have gained a loyal customer for a lifetime. Highly recommend this place and please check him out, you will NOT be disappointed!!!

  Hands down the only pawn shop I would suggest to anybody around los Angeles area. Jack is awesome and is by far the only honest, fair business man in this business I have met. I come from magic mountain area just to be taken care of in good hands . amazing merchandise , amazing prices , I definitely get the most of my money for the products I bring into him as well as purchase from him .   Horrible, horrible horrible. Worst pawn shop in the valley. The owner is never there on time. Always atleast 4 hours late. Sometimes he never opens the store. Tried for over a week to get my valuables out but the store is never open. Unreliable to the absolute fullest. It is 10:30 am now and store is not open yet. Waste of time BBB and the city of Los Angeles need to look into this character jack. Seems like he has a scheme on not showing up on time or at all so people can either be late on payments or forfeit their valuables. Call now. Can bet my life no one is there and store is not open. Please can I just get my stuff out without wasting money on gas and my time

  The mission hills pawn shop is by far the most outstanding pawn shop I have done business with, Jack the owner is super kind, friendly and gives the best deal, I had a few items I was looking to pawn and took several trips to the pawn shops on Sepulveda and finally I brought it to Jack and the price he gave me was 50 % more than the other pawn shops. I highly recommend this pawn shop for both reasons, either to buy and sell and pawn, Thanks jack at Mission hills pawn, you will see me again!

  Has so much potential to be a really great pawn shop but I've been calling 2 months (not repeatedly) & I've gone more than 3 times to pick up my belongings but every time I've called I get No Answer & every time I've gone They're Closed during posted business hours?? There should be an email or another way to contact someone about retrieving pawned items. Pls & thank you

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️BEST PAWN SHOP EVER! Jack has been such a great helping hand when funds are low. He's always gives me the best prices and deals. He even has snacks and beverages for his customers. No matter how far I move away I refuse to go to any other pawn shop for business.
