      Terrible customer service. These tellers are just there to clock in and clock out. They don’t care if you have any bank related issue. All they will say is “call customer service” and take the next person in line. They don’t want to work. They just want the day to go by easily.

      Just opened an account online a couple of days ago to separate funds from my wells fargo bank. Then without warning they closed my account supposedly due to not enough info to verify my identity (they never asked for ID in the sign up process). My username and password wouldn't work. I would have to go into the bank to fix it. I had to call and wait for over 30min to get someone on the phone to tell me all of this. Now I read these reviews about the horrible customer service and long lines with 1 teller?!! I have a $25000 401k loan I was going to deposit with them but now I think I should look elsewhere. Conversely, my wells fargo experience has been exemplary. Fast lines, nice reps, and 24/7 phone support within 2 or 3 minutes.

      Worst bank. I did a cash advance from my credit card and deposited the money in my account. It showed the amount that day and then the following day it dissapeared. The credit card that I took the money from said that the money has been approved .. I contacted this branch and they said I need a receipt. I’m still here waiting for hours to speak to someone.. they have cameras and can check to see that I made that deposit. This is redicules.

      Very bad customer services. Long lines and waiting to see a customer representative. They make 2 mistakes with my debit card and they have me call because they could not fix the problem. Very unsatisfied with the service.

      Very long lines the costumer service is really bad.Only 1 parson for a very long line .They should have more people working at this branch .

      It is terrible how these Bank of America only have one teller . What are we paiding fee for this type of poor services . They blame it on Covid they have always been like this can’t wait to change my bank .

      I’ve been a loyal customer of BoA for many years and most recently as a small business owner. Due to Covid-19, all branches have reduced their hours (10am-4pm), so it’s virtually impossible to get my banking done without having to take off work. I wouldn't mind so much, but the time it takes to get to the front of the line is ridiculous. The last experience took me 45 minutes. Half the visit was spent waiting outside because of the limited capacity, and because it was the middle of summer, it was REALLY hot. I feel so sorry for the older customers who also have to wait in the same lines in the blazing hot sun. I get it, it’s hard for businesses to accommodate patrons during a pandemic, but banks are one of the rare businesses that have increased demand, and should hire staff to meet the needs of the people the bank serves. It’s hard enough being a small business owner during This time, and depositing money to cover bills, rent, payroll, etc is so difficult with this bank. My most recent experience is I walked in with 12 people in line, and when I actually entered inside, they had 2 tellers. Poor customer service/managerial service, especially since one of the employees was telling customers that they have been very busy. If I was the branch manager and saw a trend of extensive lines and customers complaining, I would consider hiring extra staff to accommodate the needs during the busy times. Continued service like this makes me want to discontinue using them. Nobody has the luxury of waiting 45 minutes to do basic banking. I’ve tried online banking and have gotten a few returned checks and an additional charge, so not a fan of that. Please consider your customers.

      I go to this bank all the time. I prefer it to all of the other Bank of America locations. I live in Arleta and I have B of A locations closer to me but this branch has great employees and top quality customer service. Never waited no more than 10 minutes to handle my business there. Very happy with this location 😊

      Awful service. The wait every day is about 1 to 2 hours to see a teller. Bank of A has the worst customer of any bank I have ever been to. Horrific customer service.

      Horrible service, I came in the morning around 9:15 when they had just opened and I waited more than an hour and a half to be helped. It seems like most of the workers go in the back and don’t care about the customers at all. I don’t recommend this bank at all
