  Terrible branch. Save your time and go to a better Credit Union, this branch has poorly service, terrible follow up. They only care about new business. Honestly worst experience ever. Save your troubles they are better Credit Union all over San Diego.

  I'll personally be trying another branch, I just can't get clear communication and assistance to be able to get my loan back on track. Times have been really tough and I'm insanely unappriative of the attitude one of the employees had with me today and the fact that it was taking 3 employees to break down the fact of why my payment keeps changing and give me some solid advice of the best way to make my payment and help me out a little. Really made me miss my old bank, the first 2 tellers to help me were actually insanely nice but they skinnier dark haired woman with an middle Eastern accent was just really upsetting and immediately made me not want to return. Maybee have her take a communications class?

  Good service! As long as they don't make any drastic changes to their online banking or to their policies without first getting member feedback, I'll be happy. So far their service and policies are in line with most banks. We should expect excellence from organizations that loan our money at high interest, while tossing us crumbs in return. But if they shut us out of big decisions, like their competitor did recently when they completely overhauled their online banking software, I'll withdraw every penny and continue my search for smaller local banks, or I'll simply buy gold and hoard it like the rich do.   The tellers are always very bright, helpful and nice. They set me up with a very low interest loan for my car. I love the bronze statues inside different locations. Mission Federal used to have a location in both University Heights and the South side of Kensington. Now everyone South of Mission Valley has to go to their office located in crowded Mission Valley which is difficult to drive into the parking lot most of the day because of the line of cars going out onto Camino Del Este for In-N-Out Burger. They really need to open a branch in Normal Heights or Kensington!

  Because of previous problems I was not even going to go to another bank but someone convinced me to try Mission Federal & they gave me a $100 and have been nothing but helpful and gracious. Also, every single 7/11 is a free ATM. Hello!!!!!

  I have had nothing but great positive experiences at both this branch and the mission hills location. I will say that the parking here can be miserable but there are about 10 dedicated spaces up front f0r 15 min parking. This is usually sufficient for quick transactions. They do share a parking space to an adjacent In and Out Burger joint so expect traffic too.

  The ATM took my check, there was an issue with the check. They have a processing center and they can’t give me my check back until Friday. Bad customer service!

  I went to deposit my cash and the atm took the money and did not give me a receipt. It said that it will not give me back my cash. The branch was closed so I can't call or do anything about it!! I'm now left here wondering if I would get my money back.

  I have never ever been thankful for this bank I've been banking here as long as I remember I love mission federal, they are the best bank I could ever ask for
