  We financed and refinanced our home through Fairway and had the pleasure to work with Eni. She is a joy to work with. So friendly, accommodating and knowledgeable. Most importantly very patient, which is super helpful when first purchasing a home. When we first purchased we actually decided to switch lenders halfway through the process and ended up finding Eni through a friend. She was able to help us close in less than 19 days!   Had a great experience Eni O'Donnell here at Fairway. My family and i tried to buy a house with dream homes team by joe corbisiero and principal equity group and loss $3K because of them. So we honestly were hesitant to buy a home, but Eni and the team at Fairway took great care of us! We were ready to close on day 16(not trying to brag haha) with Eni, but the seller wasn't. Being in the military with a schedule that is never set, Eni was there and helped us through the process. She was honest and upfront with everything and anything we had questions about. They were very professional, great with communication, and way ahead of timeline! I highly recommend them for your home loan and even if you have someone already, why not compare and see what they can do for you!   We were introduced to Kristin through a local realtor. We were interested in buying our second home. Not quite sure if we or our debt/income ratio were quite ready for a home, we decided to talk with Kristin and see what she thought and what the numbers looked like. Let me preference all of this and say, I always try to treat people the way I want to be treated, but in transactions such as buying/selling a home, I become very emotional, unsure of the process and often feel frustrated, lied to and used by people just out to make money. I find that this particular process, no matter what side I have been on brings out the most raw feelings I carry inside. Right away however, Kristin was upbeat, positive and available to answer all of my questions with full and clear explanations to help me understand any concerns or part of the home buying process. I often found myself asking her, 'can you please explain that again?' Kristin would go right into re-explaining a process or the answer to any question as many times as I needed. She never made me or my husband feel like we were bothering her or we were 'dumb' for not understanding. Kristin followed through on EVERY commitment she made to us! There was not ONE single time Kristin promised or said she'd try to get something done and missed getting things done as she promised. She was on or ahead of schedule on every single commitment! Kristin is honest and trustworthy! There is nothing that I didn't trust Kristin with during our process. She went above and beyond every step of the way, every single day we worked together! I have absolutely NO hesitation in recommending Kristin to ANYONE thinking of buying a home. If it is possible to get you into a home, Kristin can get it done! I have already recommended her to three realtors I have met since working with Kristin. Competent, prepared and together! Kristin always ensured we had all documents we might be asked for ahead of time! There wasn't a time in which Kristin moved to the next step and wasn't prepared with every item the lenders/underwriters asked her for. She is organized and when in doubt either researched information herself or asked a colleague she knew would give her the correct information. She also made calls to the VA when she was given incorrect information by the underwriter- she insisted on getting it right and not allowing underwriting to dismiss us with inaccurate information! At the end of the day, what you want in a loan agent is a honest, hard-working man or woman with integrity. Kristin is all of that and more. You also need someone who will answer your questions, explain the process (in my case over and over and over) and work hard for you to get the loan, not make mistakes that cost you money or time, and truly have your best interest at heart. With Kristin, you are not just another loan applicant or home buyer, you are a person, a family! She wants your dream for you as much as you want it! In closing, the truth is, I can't say enough good things about Kristin! Call her! If you want honesty, integrity and someone who sees you as more than a paycheck, she is the right person for the job!
