  I am a customer with the Jackson store however I haven’t been able to get assistance for a few days now. I called the gulfport store and Ms. Chandia went over and beyond to assist me with no problem at all. I was amazed at how she answered all my questions and assisted me on every aspect. She truly made my day, words can’t express how much she helped me in my time of need.

  They offer friendly service always fast. They are always willing to help anyone when they need a little help. Would recommend this company to anyone looking money in a crunch. Sandra goes the extra mile even staying late so you can make your payment. Always remember customer during appreciation week they have with the company as they appreciate us and we appreciate them. You guys rock!!!!

  I don't have very much experience with payday loans, as a matter of fact, today was my first time applying and receiving a loan. I called first to see what the requirements were, and the associate was very helpful and professional on the phone, as well as in person. She took her time and explained the process and repayment options to me, and printed out a payment schedule for me to use as a personal reference tool. The application process took approximately 20 minutes, and within 30 minutes total, I left with a check in hand. I would definitely recommend Minute Loans to anyone seeking a quick advance!

  Ladies are very knowledgeable and extremely friendly. They have always given awesome customer service. I have referred several people there and they have been extremely satisfied with their services. I highly recommend them because they go over and beyond to help you.

  Some lady who was extremely loud and ghetto answered the phone and literally had a very poor attitude the entire time she was explaining to us the details of the loan. She seemed to be very bitter and unhappy but yet extremely loud and ghetto couldn’t believe it was her duty to take calls and deal with customers with the attitude she had. Gulfport Ms Location 👎👎👎👎👎

  Manager is Super friendly, knowledgeable and help. I wasn't able to take advantage of the store services at this time but if ever in need. This is where I'm come .
