  My experience has been mixed. The women that work at the store are nice enough and my loan repayment has been a non-issue, more or less. The website is a bit misleading, however. I've had 2 loans, the first I paid off early and then about a week later went to apply online and said I was approved for $700 and some odd dollars. Went to the store and was told that the online amount has nothing to do with what they actually approve you for and was told I could get a max of $200 only. I didn't need or want the entire $700 but was looking for more than $200. The lady said that after some more history I may be able to get more eventually even though I had paid back my first loan on time and early. Just a bit confusing, I guess. Not a bad place to get a short term loan though necessarily.

  They are horrible. My husband is harassed daily by phone, text and email. He had been paying off the loan in full. He paid regularly at first until he found out it would not build a satisfactory payment history. He paid on time and early to avoid interest. This was a problem because they want to collect the maximum interest possible. The very first time he went delinquent they called his references. The woman called my husband while he was at work. Did not even give him a chance to respond and she immediately called his sister looking for him as if he was a criminal trying to evade them. He is tired of the treatment. He plans on paying back the loan but for some reason he cant make the payment on his own. Some how the rep who is hounding him can attempt to charge his debit card without authorization multiple daily without any issues. We are going to look further into their practices, because we cant believe this type of treatment is legal or fair.

  I was a systems analyst project manager for 38 years and this companies IT has serious problems, first off the information on the record to verify my bank account was wrong and their system gave a fraud alert, then my employment information is also completely wrong, their response is I must have entered it. I think their IT needs to be investigated and am reporting them to all three credit agencies as probably not being reliable for data accuracy.
