  I had used Minnetonka Title for a real estate closing in the past and when I needed to get some documentation from my local county for an upcoming transaction, I remembered that Minnetonka Title had the ability to help me retrieve those items more efficiently and quicker than I could do on my own. Within two business days I had the documents I needed, instead of the 2-week time frame that the county told me it would take. It paid for me to remember that Minnetonka Title offers more than just a place to close a real estate transaction.

  If you're purchasing or selling a home anywhere in the state of MN there is no better title company to hire than Minnetonka Title. As a Realtor with 20 years in the business, I've seen the difference a good title company can make. They are the last domino in your transaction and if that one doesn't fall or misses the mark people get sour and deadlines get missed. Do your self and everyone a favor and call Dan and his team. If they can't help, they will know where to find it and get you there.

  Source Capital Funding, Inc. is a private lender based out of San Diego. We use Minnetonka Title exclusively in the state of Minnesota. They are fast, professional and know how to get things done in an efficient manner. Dan Fazendin runs a great company and I could not be more pleased with the level of service we have received throughout the years.   I called them about gifting a property a family member. not something they handle as they work on projects where there is selling or purchasing a property. That's OK.. because Bridgette (great customer service skills by the way) was so friendly, and provide me with information on how to do the process and contact the county. Most businesses if they can't help you just say sorry we can't help you. They did. I sell or purchase a house in the future.. I'm calling Bridgette.
