Katie Can2Went to drive up and was told the third lane is for ATM use only. Why would you add a lane if we aren’t suppose to use it? Don’t have it as an option if you don’t want us to use it. Drive up is always slow.

Sarah R1Was $20 short for a payment being made, instead of declining payment or calling me to let me know, bank charged $30 overdraft fee 3 times. $90 in fees over being $20 short?! Seriously. After banking here for years I’ve cancelled all accounts and will never be back. 0/10, would not recommend this bank. Customer service offered no help whatsoever.

avery smallmonster5I have had a very positive experience here. Been with Minnco 30 years. When you bank at a credit union, the profits that would normally go to the owner are split with the members, which would be you. I don't like paying for a banker's fancy car and house, but you are welcome to, if that's how you want the world to be.

Mary-Kay Edyvean1Worst service ever except for Kathy, nicest person ever. Went in to set up banking needs for my daughter, which included a special needs trust and rep-payee accounts plus a checking and savings accounts(4 accounts) totaling double digit thousands of dollars. First they couldn't get the trust set up. It took 3 of them to figure out how to do it. Then they could not get the rep-payee accounts set up properly. Then when I wanted to order checks for those accounts they told me I had to go online to do it. But in order for me to get set up for online services, I as the rep-payee had to open up a savings account there to get access to such services. Making up ways to take more money from people and making it difficult for you to use your own money. We have to call(which then you are put on hold or transferred to several people) leaving you sit on the phone for long periods of time or we have to go in and be treated rudely by the tellers(except for Kathy). Such wonderful service...NOT!!! WORST PLACE EVER!!! Would never recommend this place to anyone!!

Emily Steffl5I dont technically bank with them but the credit union I do bank with is affiliated with them. I did go in today to deposit some money and the staff was quick and super friendly in helping me out. They let my 2 kids play with play dou even even though it was a less then 5 min visit. It still helped to keep there minds busy while I finished what I needed to.

Rick3I have a couple business accounts and Alot of these review's are true about the new system my card gets declined between 1145pm-1am anytime I try using it. Then they got rid of the crossing accounts with overdraft protection. That's why a 3 star, everyone I talk to in NB is super cool and fun to talk to but one girl she is kinda rude, but when I get her I don't say much and just try and get out of there, she acts like she's to busy for you.

L K1Worst. Bank/Credit Union. EVER. The past year has been nothing but a nightmare. I can’t even count how many times my card has been declined for ”Maintaince issues” or “System Updates”. Try to call them after business hours and you’ll be on the phone for at least 45 minutes getting transferred from person to person. Go into the actual workplace and the people are not helpful at all, unless you are depositing money. That’s it! Also, very rude except for a couple people. The Minnco App is awful! Try to update the new app and you’ll have even more problems! Everything they do has to be “electronic” which is unreal! They have no previous records of anything after they updated their system. Very very very unstatisfied!
