  Ill keep it short... Min took basically ALL the stress out of financing our first house. He is easily available, receptive to questions, holds your hand when needed, and genuinely cares about you. Min has our business for life and any one I care for that I can refer to him I will. Use this guy, you wont regret it. Please see picture below of us with Min at closing...no way we get there without him.

  Min has done my last three mortgages -- that's right...THREE in ten years. I'm an extremely demanding customer (yes, I'm very self-aware) and he is the only one I would trust to have all of my financial information and meet all the deadlines. I would never want his high stress job but somehow he manages to always do it with a smile and extreme courteousness; it's pretty amazing. I would definitely recommend him.

  I had 2 loans approved and funded by Min Toon in the last 5 years, once a refi and the other was a conventional loan. Both times he got me the best rates and the biggest lender credit. Thru out the process, he was easily reachable and emails were replied within an hour. Highly recommended.
