  Gail Widmann is the best! Outside of being knowledgeable and kind, Gail was super patient and willing to answer all of my questions.   The entire process from my first phone call with Matt until he checked in with me after the closing was excellent. He does an outstanding job of responding to any questions, no matter how simple or complicated. He takes his time explaining the process and what's going on to make sure you're comfortable. I was very confident he and Debora were on top of things at all times.

  Working with Matt was very easy. Broke the whole processes down and was able to clearly communicate what was going to be needed when. He answered any questions that I had promptly. I would not hesitate using loandepot again and will be recommending Matt.

  Not sure about other staff members, be careful working with larry p, he claims he can get you the lowest rates him and Danielle must work together and she says the same thing yet I find out my rates are lowered because I’m paying for them. I bring it up to them he calls yelling telling me I have the best rate no one can beat him etc… then starts to process my loan. I never signs anything yet I’m in underwriting. I email them to stop it and they put me on this email thread both of them telling me how I have the best rates I’m sorry but I was able to get lower rate with out paying discount points. Kinda sad this is who I worked with 7 years ago. Yes I think he got me years ago, but that’s the past glad to find out i learned or at least know more now then before, and he can not try to pull a fast one. Good luck to everyone. I do suggest to get more than one quote it will not hurt you.
