  My client was a new home buyer and was unsure of the entire process and she made her loan office Dustin Thomas of this situation and said she would like him to walk her thru the process and he assured her he would. However, he did the exact opposite. He avoided the calls she was making to get updates and did not respond to emails she was sending asking questions. He also called me (real estate agent) to ask me to explain things to her instead of calling her and walking her thru the process as promised previously. If that was not bad enough his loan processor Nicole Lilja behaved as if she had no idea what she was doing, asking for the same information repeatedly, and or letting her know she did not receive it when it was submitted thru the portal. This upset my client because her question was where it went and are my bank statements and private information floating out there in cyberspace for anyone to see. As we approached closing they kept telling us we are good to close on 07/24 and while I was out of town on 07/17 my buyer (Tina) sent me a text letting me know they were pushing the closing out a week. I was never notified by anyone at Key Mortgage and was very upset my buyer was telling me this instead of Dustin texting or calling me... My client then had to make arrangements with her apartment to stay an additional week, which was an additional $400 expense for her, not to mention the additional stress this caused. On 07/25 my client received an email from Dustin showing we were clear to close, so it was delayed an additional week for what? Costing her the extra $400 for what reason? Dustin and Nicole behaved in an extremely unprofessional manner causing delays. Had I known this was the way Key Mortgage does business I would not have sent my client to them... I will not ever be using the services of Key Mortgage again in the future. This was not the only closing I had issues with, but by the time I realized they were inept it was already too late, the process for 2 additional loans including mine were already in process and it was too late to pull them and take them elsewhere. I am a Real Estate agent and I want to be able to refer my clients to someone who is professional and can get the job done on time and not cost clients any additional money.

  Home buying should not feel like a long , stressfull process and with this team it feels like a walk in the park! The process with this team was incredible as a first time homebuyer I was new to the whole process but with the help of Ivonne Sanchez she was able to walk me through step by step and had the patience to deal me and all my questions until I understood what was going on. This team has great work ethics and they are great at communicating back either by cell or email. I also enjoyed the fact that this team has a class you take online for home buyers and it literally also explains every step that you will take or have taken so you can feed yourself with more knowledge which is great! I am still in disbelief how quick the process was and actually enjoyable as I am now sitting in my new living room! If you are a first time home buyer or not and want a smooth non-stressful process I would recommend this team. Key Mortgage is the way to go and they will hear from me in the future again.

  Ron and his team at Key Mortgage were wonderful to work with. As a first-time home buyer, I had no prior experience obtaining a mortgage, so I had a lot of questions. They patiently answered all of them, and gave very clear directions about what was needed from me and when. Overall, they made what could have been a stressful process very easy. If ever I refinance or purchase another property, I will use Key Mortgage again.

  Dan Matas's team at Key Mortgage was phenomenal! Dan collected all the requisite information upfront so there was not a lot of back and forth, and also kept me apprised of where my application was in each step of the process. Maureen answered all of my questions promptly and made sure I fully understood all documents and steps. Lisa was clear and concise when communicating what additional info was required, presenting each request both verbally and in writing. There were no hiccups or delays, allowing me to close within 30 days. A fantastic team, highly recommend!

  Ross Bromstrup is AWESOME! He's knowledgeable, professional, honest and friendly. He knows his subject inside and out, and he speaks to me (unfamiliar with the subject) and my husband (knows what he's talking about) with the same patience and tone, even though my questions must seem very basic. We asked him questions constantly throughout the process and he was always there, right away, with answers. He's saving us a bucket-load of money every month and we will definitely call him again!

  Always a great experience with Key Mortgage services and with Craig Thurston. This one had a small glitch as a result of something the buyer forgot to let us know about, but Craig was able to jump in at my request and take care of it. It only delayed us 30 minutes - we did not have to reschedule. So yes that’s what I expect from any lender...Key mortgage has set the bar high!

  Joy Prisching and Kristi Enzenbacher from Key Mortgage were so helpful, friendly and ALWAYS available to answer my questions. I appreciate their help and guidance for different loan options and which one was best for me. I highly recommend this team and will definitely refer to family and friends!
