  I have never been more disappointed in service ever in my life. Brought my car in for a simple oil change and left with more problems, brought my vehicle back and they screwed it up even more. Finally talked GM to letting me bring it somewhere else and was told miller sure did screw up my engine to point that I now have to replace it because they tried covering it up. No good. I am not happy at all.

  What a group of people. Excellent place to buy a vehicle. Kasai "sorry if I butchered your name" was awesome. Super down to earth guy and he was knowledgable. Been to dealerships where you question a noise on a vehicle and you're reassured that it isn't anything to worry about. Come to find out something is super wrong. "Not this dealersip". Pointed out some minor things with the vehicle and I was given the guaranteed that they would do everything in their power to remedy it. Cant get much better than that. 11/10. Would buy again.

  I just had a great buying experience today at Miller. Bought a used Ford Platinum and couldn't believe the detailing job they did. It was devoid of any dust and dirt inside and out!!

  Incredible service. Scott F. made an impact on my life with his above and beyond mentality. With all the stress of Covid right now, our cars transmission went out. Scott jumped right into action! He made sure I didn't stress out about the old car by having it towed from shop for free. (I was literally able to walk away from that car and not worry about it for another second) We went to the dealership and He and Scott (the salesman) had us in another minivan that was better and lower priced, than anything else in a 50 mile area. There was zero negotiating, not because they set the price, but because it was already so incredibly well priced and the trade in he offered right when I walked in the door was more than KBB said it was worth (with a transmission none the less) It took less than 5 hours to go from "What else could go wrong", to "I am so relieved". THAT, is what makes going here, an impact on my life

  Everyone was great. Eric was extremely thorough when explaining everything involved with leasing, and went above and beyond to help keep my monthly payments at the number I was comfortable paying. He also made sure to teach me how to use all the new features in my vehicle. Overall, excellent experience.

  I'm not sure where to begin. It was fun, start to finish, and I left with a new "Super Black" 2015 Altima. I don't think anyone ever gets the best of an auto dealer but we did "negotiate" for quite a while and we were happy with the purchase price when we left. Hugo met me when I walked in. I had e mailed with him a little. Nice smile, really nice guy. Not only was he a nice guy while trying to sell me a car, he has also been a nice guy since. He listened to what I wanted and led me to the one I fell in love with immediately. A person isn't supposed to let any salesman know they're hooked but I couldn't help it. Not hooked enough to go for a bad deal, but willing to let the fun begin. I told him my husband was in our car out front and to please go get him which he did. After all papers were signed I was given a choice of "gifts" and chose rubber place mats to cover the carpet ones. Very good to have at this time of year in MN. Hugo helped transfer my things from my trade in to my new vehicle and I forgot to take the mats. I live 60 miles from that dealership so didn't get over there to get them until yesterday. 2 weeks after the purchase. Hugo put them in the car for me, and I asked if he could put on my new plates and run it through their car wash. He said sure...... and did both. Then I asked him to show me a few things about settings and he willingly did. What more could a person ask? :-) And Miller will fatten you up if you let them. Popcorn, ice cream, soft drinks, coffee and really good warm cookies. Jamie Nelson in financing took care of that part and was friendly. Of course. :-) All in all a happy experience. I hope to have good luck with the car. So far two strangers complimented the car. Told me it's a beautiful car. Nice of them and I already know that. Let Hugo help you find your perfect vehicle!

  This is the third car we have purchased from Miller everytime has been great. I can't say enough about Scott KERFELD he is very honest doesn't pressure you and us patient, the service dept is great which means alot as I travel for work and my wife usually has to take the vehicle in for routine service. Will as always recommend Miller, thanks again.
